Print Specifications
1. Supplying digital
files:
We accept digital files in the popular industry standard application
for MAC and PC. To ensure problem-free and timely processing please use the
following guidelines to prepare your file(s).
File Preparation:
- We recommend using
our Templates (see above) to prepare your graphics
- Halftone images should
be scanned at 300 dpi to ensure proper output resolution
- Supply all final color
halftone images as CMYK
Preparing files for
Disk or Transfer:
- Place all fonts (screen
and printer) into separate clearly labeled folder
- Put all application
files/art files and placed artwork images into a separate clearly labeled
folder
- Include a black &
white or color laser copy of the digital file
- Include a directory
printout of what is on the disk
2. Specifications and
size tolerances:
Provided with each template.
3. Bleed/Trim Areas:
Be certain to review the template and incorporate necessary bleed and trim requirements.
